Private Sessions

One-on-one sessions offer yoga that is tailored specifically to you and your needs. If you're recovering from an injury,  newer to yoga or just want the convenience of in-home or virtual sessions, private or small group classes are a great way to treat yourself to health.

Group Classes 

Group classes are rooted in alignment and breath awareness whether they are Vinyasa based classes, acroyoga, Thai massage, restorative or dog yoga. Anna has taught for the past tens years at top studies throughout NYC and the US, and internationally in Australia, Mexico, Belgium and Puerto Rico. Retreats

Retreats are a breath of fresh air and an opportunity to relax and recharge. Giving space for being, participants can opt to get out of their comfort zone, move into new space and restore from our often chaotic lives. Make new friends and practice yoga with us! Past retreats include Costa Rica, Honduras, Brazil, Senegal and Mauritius!
